How To Unnban Your Banned Forever Penguin

Ok so if your penguin has got permanently banned I’m going to show you what to do when e-mailing Club Penguin.
Blue = you

I am the parent of penguin user.  Someone has “hacked” his account and password.

He has been permantly banned. How can I re-set account in order for him to
continue using.  I will also add that it is extremely hard to get any kind of
help in relation to this and if this is not resolved I will have no alternative
but to cancel all subscriptions.

I appreciate your involvement and concern.

Please let me assure you that there is no way that an account can be ‘hacked’.
That said, it may be possible that someone other than your son was able to log
onto his account if one of the following occurred:

1. If the password is shared with someone.
2. If the ‘Remember Me’ and/or ‘Remember my Password’ option is selected.
3. If the password is simply too easy to figure out.

Each penguin account receives several temporary warning bans before a permanent
ban is set on the account.  We feel that these temporary bans provide the user
with an adequate amount of time to either alter their behavior or secure their
account.

The penguin account (penguin name) received multiple bans for breaking Club Penguin
rules.  The 4 rules to Club Penguin are:

1. Respect other penguins – Club Penguin does not tolerate any swearing,
bullying or mean behavior toward other penguins.  Disciplinary action will be
taken should any one of these occur while playing.
2. Never reveal your personal information – The best way to stay safe online is
to NEVER share your real name, phone number, address, email or passwords.
3. No inappropriate talk – References to drugs and alcohol related activities,
and sexual, racial or otherwise inappropriate talk are not permitted.
4. No Cheating – Any use of third party programs to cheat is not allowed.
Players who use any third party programs while playing risk being permanently
banned.

If you would like a more detailed description of the ban history I can provide
you with exactly what was said on the account.  Please reply with one of the
following pieces of verification:

1. Invoice ID or Transaction ID (an 8 digit number)
2. Full name of the credit card holder and billing email address

Please be aware that these messages may contain explicit language which may not
be suitable for all eyes.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to include them

After reviewing the account with my supervisor, we have decided to give (your penguin name)
another chance. In order to do so, I will need to change the password before
the ban is removed. Please reply with a new password that:

- is at least eight characters long
- includes numbers and letters
- uses capital and lower case letters
- has nothing to do with the penguin name or the user’s real name
- cannot be easily guessed by a friend or relative

Please note that this is the LAST chance we can offer this penguin. If it is
found to have received another ban, we will ban it forever again and we will
not remove it a second time. Once I receive your reply with an acceptable
password, I will be able to change it and remove the ban. If there is anything
else I can do for you, please let me know.
                                                                                            
After that just send your new password to them and your account will be un-banned!
